How do I send my albums to you?
Send only the album parts to be personalized ( ie. front cover, spine, back cover). Please do not send pages, straps or parts that are not going to be personalized. We can't be responsible for them.
When will I receive my albums back?
Our normal in-house time is 5-7 business days for pick up, drop off, or mail in orders. RUSH orders are accepted when possible, also if you have a unique situation just call and we will try our best to work with you. For retailers, crops, parties and workshops: Depending on the volume of albums to be completed at the event we may not be able to complete all orders the same day, if that should occur we will deliver to the hostess of the event at a date agreed upon at the time between Picture Perfect Embossing and the hostess of the event.
Can you come to my crop, workshop, retreat?
We do attend special events with on site service. There are however minimal requirements. Each event and circumstance differs, so please contact us with your details.
Can you come to my Scrapbook store?
Yes, we can offer on site service it usually is set up for once a month and you advertise that I will be there and the service in which I will provide. It usually is a drop-off pick-up type of event but, it does get customers into your store twice as much and resulting in more sales for you. Unless you have us there for a crop night then read question # 2.
Can you personalize any kind of scrapbook album?
No, there are a few albums that will not present a quality imprint with the pressure and heat required from our equipment... We have found that the following albums imprint beautifully. Creative Memories, Mrs. Grossman's, Club Scrap, Close to my Heart, Decade, Westrim, Stampin Up and many others. We choose not to personalize on denim, cloth, tapestry cloths, Pioneer albums and K&K Company albums. If you have an album you are unsure about we will give our best opinion before imprinting it.
Can you personalize a discontinued album?
Yes, as long as you are aware and understand that should an error occur we will accommodate you to an equal acceptable replacement. If you have an album that you consider irreplaceable at any costs then I reccomend that you choose another form of personalization, we are human and errors do occur although rare they do happen.
How long does a custom graphic take to be made?
If you give us the artwork in a clear black and white copy form, it usually will only take 4-5 extra business days.
How much does a custom graphic cost?
The price is determined by image size. An average cost is $40.00. We sometimes will split the cost with you, should we be able to use it again.
I would like a certain graphic but it's not on your website does that mean it's custom?
No, it's impossible to carry all the available graphic dies, there are literally thousands of them. So if you don't see what you want just ask us and we can get it for you at extra charge to you, as long as it is something that is available.
How do I send you my photo for the digital covers? It's simple really all you have to do is email me your high resolution photo with your name and refrence it back to the order on the store.
I will call you with any questions I need answers for pertaining to the text and such on the cover.
1. Pick your cover template in the online store and complete your order.
2. Email me the photo you want on it. Please read the guidlines on the custom background page click on the link. PLEASE keep in mind that we need to submit the wants and want nots before we get the proof any changes after the first proof will incure a $10.00 charge for a every change/or proof.
3. I will email you a proof which can take from 3-4 days and then you approve it then it goes into production which is approx. 7-10 business days.
4. I ship your album and you enjoy for years to come.
